The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Regulation of Licensing Procedures) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.No.3005) coordinates effective legislation with requirements of the Law "On Licensing System in the Sector of Economic Activity". Thus, it simplifies the licensing procedures in the fields of fire safety, sanitary-and-epidemiologic well-being and protection of labour.

The Bill introduces amendments to the laws "On Fire Safety", "On Protection of Labour", "On Provision of Sanitary-and-Epidemiologic Well-being of the Population", which simplify licensing procedures in the relevant sectors in compliance with the Law "On Licensing System in the Sector of Economic Activity".
